Did you ever go for a walk without any particular place where in mind? It’s probably fun and could get even adventures. It’s a shame we are not able to use same principles for getting in to shape. You need to have a plan, just like a map which going to take you from A to Z.
Now sit down and relax, you can even close your eyes –of course read at least few more lines to know what to do. Now try to picture the new you….happy and healthy. That’s going to be Z on your map. At that point important is to remember there is no straight line from A to Z, so don’t expect to get there fast, using some short cut. That’s not going to be easy, after all nothing wort having never is, but one for sure, you deserve it!
Now, let’s dig a bit deeper. Try to walk carefully, taking small steps. Kind a like with eating an elephant. One bite at the time. Break that trip you are going to take in small parts. Create pints B, C, D…..and as many as you feel like it. Each next one should be a bit more advance, simply closer to the target.
Don’t forget to right everything down. Pen and piece of paper will do just fine. Make a small tick every time you manage to achieve something. Don’t be afraid, if not everything will always go according to the plan. How knows, maybe you will need to make adjustments along the way. Maybe even rethink all strategy. Ok. Go on. Look inside yourself and start awesome adventure towards better you!
